I love the tranquility of the desert and appreciate outdoor adventures which made Utah serve as the perfect travel destination. While you'd think that the desert heat could make you lazy, Utah actually had the opposite effect. It was hard not to be energetic given the amount of activities and scenes there were to be seen as well. One highlight was horseback riding with a private guided cowboy (yes, a legit cowboy) who took us through the canyons, showed us petroglyphs from thousands of years ago, and even performed an awesome short rodeo show at the end. I wanted to stay comfortable yet fashionable, and this 1-piece handprinted playsuit paired with my flat fringe sandals was the perfect compliment. Talk about fashionably appropriate desert wear.

I've been "funemployed" for the past month traveling all over the United States from Austin, New York, Vegas, Utah and Arizona. My most recent travel involved road tripping through Nevada, Utah and Arizona visiting some of nature's finest landmarks and staying in Amangiri resort. This resort which was tucked away within the canyons had a degree of perfection and customer service that was commendable. Everywhere you turned was also a breathtaking view, even up above were the stars so close and clear that you could see them twinkle. While the heat created natural exhaustion, Amangiri made it all bearable with its surrounding beauty and raw aesthetics that blended in so perfectly with its surrounding. It was definitely the most beautiful and breathtaking travel experience I've ever had.
