EVERYTHING OLD & INTO THE NEW

I finished my first semester of grad school this past weekend! It felt amazing leaving class on Sunday realizing how much I’ve accomplished in just 3.5 months. Since I’m experiencing financial pains of being an unemployed full-time student this winter, I’ve been forbidding myself to buy anything for myself. Thus, everything I’m wearing is old. My jacket and boots were purchased in Korea last year and everything else I’m wearing are some of my wardrobe basics. While I love purchasing trendy pieces, I definitely get more wear and use from all my basics. Simple items such as my scarf, leather pants, and cotton tees are what I call investment pieces since they’ll never fade out of style.

Boots (similar here) and jacket (similar here) from Korea, F21 acid washed shirt (similar here & here), AA circle scarf,
H&M leather pants (similar here, herehere), Vintage Dooney & Bourke handbag, Brandy Melville necklace
