LEATHER PLEATS IN SEATTLE PUBLIC LIBRARY

One of my highlights during my visit to Seattle was visiting the Seattle Public Library. I was blown away by the architectural elements and details incorporated into the design of the library. It felt more like a museum than an actual library. Although you can’t tell in my photos, the library consists of 11 floors, the exterior is made of glass and steel, and the interior (which is amazing) consists of yellow stairs, a “red floor” (literally), and an atrium which every library should have.  Check out more photos here if interested.
